Our Origin Story:
Why We Shine
The Little Lights Foundation was founded by Kelsey Holmer after experiencing firsthand the intense pressures of professional sports life. As the girlfriend of an NFL Super Bowl winner, she saw the emotional toll on players, families, and support systems. Combining her background in education with a passion for mental health advocacy, she created this foundation to provide guidance, resources, and support.

The Meaning Behind 'Little Lights'
We believe that everyone carries an inner light—an innate resilience and hope that can shine even in the darkest moments. Our mission is to nurture that light and help individuals recognize their own strength. Even small acts of kindness and support can make a profound impact, illuminating the path for others.

Our Vision for the Future

We envision a world where mental health is as openly discussed and supported as physical health. To achieve this, we are committed to:
Expanding Our Reach:
Establishing new partnerships and local chapters.
Developing Digital Platforms:
Creating virtual support communities and accessible resources.
Influencing Policy:
Advocating for mental health education and funding.
Training Future Advocates:
Equipping individuals with the tools to support mental well-being.

Real Stories, Real Impact
Through our work, we have witnessed incredible transformations—children overcoming anxiety, women in high-pressure environments setting healthy boundaries, and individuals from underserved communities finding renewed purpose through our programs. These success stories fuel our passion and drive us to continue expanding our impact.
